Total Annihilation Patch is a comprehensive update to Total Annihilation intended to replace v3.1 as the de-facto version of the game as well as make all old custom enhancements obsolete. It is a patch, not a mod, and doesn't change the game balancing in any way, it only adds new features and fixes technical issues.
